We require full payment at time of rental.
ONCE I SUBMIT MY PAYMENT, AM I GUARANTEED THE RENTAL?
Your rental is not guaranteed until your invoice is reviewed by one of our representatives and a damage and liability waiver is completed. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will return full payment to you within 4 days of contact.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations that occur more than 15 days from delivery date are subject to 50% of the invoice amount. Cancellations made within 15 days of the delivery date are non-refundable. If Event Wall Rental cannot deliver the wall panels due to severe inclement weather including, but not limited to, hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, snow or any other Act of God, your payment will be refunded.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY EVENT WALL RENTAL ORDER?
Our walls are first come first serve so the sooner you secure your rental, the better. If you're interested in a custom design, we require an 8 week advance notice. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will return full payment to you within 4 days of contact.
